Refund & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 


The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

 

Refunds 

  • You have 7 days after receiving purchase to inquire for a refund. 

  • Damaged merchandise or lost in transit can be subject for a refund. However, we cannot process a refund without proof of return delivery. 

  • Product must be unwashed, unused, in it's original packaging

  • You can ask for an exchange for any reason

  • You are not responsible for the return cost or will not incur any other additional fees

  • No refunds or exchanges on discounted merchandise

  • Cannot be mixed with any other items

  • Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days after receiving the merchandise

  • This is available for delivered damaged merchandise

  • Must be unwashed, unused, in it's original packaging
